Rule Text: The Tentative Budget (Education Code Section 42127) shall be prepared in accordance with the Board of Education authorization, presented for adoption at a regular meeting of the Board, and filed with the County Superintendent of Schools on or before July 1 (Education Code Sections 42120-42129).
