Rule Title: RECEIPT OF LEGAL SERVICE.
Rule Text: The Executive Officer of the Board in charge of the Board Secretariat and such other Board Secretariat staff as the Executive Officer may designate in writing are hereby designated as authorized representatives of the Board of Education and the Los Angeles Unified School District for the purpose of receiving claims, summons, complaints, and other legal service filed pursuant to the provisions of the law.
