Rule Title: MOTIONS BEFORE THE BOARD.
Rule Text: An attempt by any person, not a Member of the Board of Education or its staff, to discuss any motion pending before the Board is out of order unless the Board shall vote to hear such discussion. (Amended 1-7-63)
