Rule Title: EXPEDITED ITEMS.
Rule Text: An item requiring urgency may be presented to the regular Board of Education meeting for action on the same day, as long as the posting requirements of Board Rule 61 have been complied with for such item, or the item constitutes an emergency within the meaning of Board Rule 911.
