Rule Title: DUTIES OF PRESIDENT.
Rule Text: The President shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Education, shall sign all records of meetings of the Board and other documents to which his or her signature is required, and shall perform such other duties as are prescribed by law and the rules of the Board. (Amended 5-29-99)
