Rule Title: AUGMENTED STANDING COMMITTEES.

Rule Text: An Augmented Committee is a Committee to which Board Members who are not Committee members are invited. Augmented regular meetings of Standing Committees shall comply with the 72-hour posting requirement of Board Rule 61. The agendas for said meetings shall provide an opportunity for speakers to be heard. The provisions of Board Rule 131 regarding speakers shall apply, except that speakers shall not be required to sign-up to speak in advance of the meeting, unless otherwise directed in advance by the chairperson of the Augmented Committee.
