Rule Title: APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEES.
Rule Text: During the month of July the President of the Board of Education shall appoint a Vice President to preside over the Committee of the Whole and serve as President Pro Tempore. The Committee of the Whole shall consist of all Members of the Board. The President shall also appoint a Chair and other members to each of the Standing Committees established by the President. (Amended 5-25-99)
