Rule Title: ABSTENTION FROM VOTING.
Rule Text: Each new Board Member, as well as continuing Members, shall abstain and state the basis for the abstention, as to any matter that comes before the Board of Education in which the Member might have any financial interest. (Amended 8-31-81)
