Rule Title: LOANS
Rule Text: The seeking of loans by an employee in a supervisory or administrative capacity from those employees under his or her supervision is prohibited. The seeking of loans by an employee in a subordinate position from his or her supervisors is discouraged. It is suggested that all employees seeking loans avail themselves of the facilities of established lending agencies.
